The #3 on the list was forced to resign from Yale, having been accused of
taking $150,000. His work for Yale/World Bank/IMF emphasized the need for
wrenching economic reforms in the 3rd world so as to combat corruption,
promote transparency to the public, good governance and free markets. Upon
his resignation both institutions refused to release any information or
even a substantive public comment. AFAIK no public accounting has ever
been provided by either institution.
