that shows how little you know, you city slicker! The Missouri River forms nearly 75 miles of the state's northeastern boundary. If the Missouri River isn't "watery," I don't know what is. ;-)

FWIW, I'd heard of the Colorado TABOR victory (though somehow I misses that acronym).
