it's true that massive infusions of US troops into Iraq might solve the problem (flooding the country with law and order). But the US not only lacks the troops, but its stated goals in the war are bogus (and its real goals indefensible) while its strategy and tactics used so far have simply increased the need for troops... To successfully apply this "Hillary" strategy would have to involve a complete change of attitudes and top personnel. Not bloody likely.
