Did that happen? It seems more like the immigrants' radical politics in 
the early 20th century pushed the natives into white identity-politics 
and anti-communism. Then, by the second or third generation, the 
immigrants themselves had become aspiring homeowners and racists.

What are the politics of the immigrants at the demos?
