Yeah, absolute zero, though there are some proponents of this  
position on the Israeli Left.  Jeff Halper, the head of the Israel  
Committee Against Housing Demolitions, argues on behalf of a  
confederation - separate states, but confederated - which is an  
interesting proposal.
