Civil. Forbidden to speak about the case. And no, didn't get tossed. They didn't ask much about what I did, but last time I served, in 1997, they did. I told them, and one of the lawyers said, "Is that like a socialist view of the financial markets?" I said, "yeah, you could say that." They picked me anyway.

I think New York County uses more jurors per capita than anywhere else, so we all do our time here. I'm not complaining - I think the jury system is terrific.
