A lot of it is, although he seems not to understand the difference between "Brits" and "English":

None. "England" does not compete in the Olympics, "The United Kingdom" does.

Nobody. The "Brits" don't have a football champion, each country within Britain has its own football league.
You'd expect Russians of all people to understand this distinction :)
