I'd say that the proportion of thoughtful people who adhere to the position you state above is equal to the proportion who adhere to the position that genes can be expressed independently of any environment (i.e., in each case the proportion is zero).

--One thing I'm happy to report from the academic trenches, as it were: there is widespread consensus that the question "Is X influenced by nature or nurture?" is pointless. False dichotomy.
