This netpaper would have to be more like USA Today, than a locally rooted
daily. A real Peoples' Daily _World_. Or maybe a regional, North American
multinational ,like a Bolivarian Gazetter.

 
Speaking of gambling, even Marx made a killing on the stock market one time.
If we pool all the financial knowledge here and take a risk or two...bingo !
the revolution won't be televised , but it might be on the net, a little.
