I'm reading that Kerry was referring to Bush himself, not to soldiers in Iraq. Keith Olberman said on his show last night that Kerry called the Bushies stupid and they were too stupid to know he called them stupid. But Kerry is so fucking boring and convoluted who can pay attention long enough to know what he's saying anyway?
