Nope. The US Empire is going to leave totally and completely, because even the tiniest scrap of Iraqi land held by the oiligarchy will be a target for mortars, rockets and other unpleasantness. The Iraqi insurgents are just beginning to use snipers effectively, and in six months they're going to figure out how to use Hezbollah's innovation of using massed anti-tank weapons as mobile artillery. The US needs to get out of the Tigris-Euphrates meatgrinder as fast as it can.
