Do you think if they made Murtha.... He might complete his ... I mean if he became majority.... Is it possible that he would then speak.... finish.... sentences?

I know, I know I shouldn't cast stones at the old guy since I can no longer see my computer to check my syntax or tense. But still, when he does an interview half of his sentences are broken toward the end, left dangling and incomplete. Did he box, like me when he was young and receive too many hits in the head? Or perhaps it is some pharmaceutical related thing?
