Amen, all this fuss over some 50 women. The hadij (headscarf) is far more common in the Muslim communities here, but is by no means ubiquitous.
Hopefully Rita Verdonk and the other hard asses will be sent packing in the election on Tuesday. The Socialist Party is set to make strong gains, maybe even form a part of ruling coalition, but whether this will come at the expense of their principles remains to be seen...
