I worry that it is something similar to Ice-T's views on the cops who beat Rodney King. He wanted the disciplinary charges against them dismissed and for them to be returned to active duty as soon as possible, preferably in Compton.

PS: there is a small village near Guildford called Compton, right in the middle of the London commuter-belt. Apparently the residents have heard the "straight out of Compton" joke already.
