Essentially, it means advocating that all imperialist nations adopt the immigration policies that the u.s. followed _before_ 1882 (the date of the Chinese exclusion act). Open doors, open citizenship, no questions asked.
This will increasingly come to define what we mean by _left_. In the future this demand will be what Out Now was in the late 60s and Freedom Now in the early '60s. The core of left organizing.
