Quick note on this: No I do not think its like the Sokal spoof. No I do not think it is earth-shattering. Nor is it my intention to apply this issue to my ongoing discussion (hence change of subject line, etc. Note I write "new twist" not "refutation", "reversal", or some such. Its just a piece of interesting news fellas -- hold the Viagra ;-)). I forwarded it to the list because I thought some of you would find this interesting. Nonetheless, do read the article and what Nature and Sokal have to say about it.
