Second, to get anywhere close to the vision anarchist have, you will have to fragment each topic (issue or goal, whatever you call it) and address them separately to each community. Its just an opinion, but to change the American 'ethos' for the better, that the only reasonable option.
For the sake of an example: there may be a community that supports local union protesters - maybe it's because they're kin or they know the issue could effect them as well - and yet when they see protesters on TV - with odd signs, people goofing off to the camera, a group putting on some theatrical scene (mask-and-all), and most of all a lack of info - does not motivate them to support them.
