The killers were photographed by Raúl Estrella, from El Universal.
They have been identified as Juan Carlos Soriano Velasco (red
t-shirt), a policeman nicknamed "El Chapulín" ("The Grasshopper");
Manuel Aguilar (dark jacket), human resources chief of the City of
Oaxaca, and Avel (sic) Santiago Zárate (red shirt), an "public safety"
officer.  I wouldn't be surprised if they were sent by Ulises Ruíz,
the governor.
