Maybe not. Tom recently refused to blurb a book by an old friend of his who wrote several pieces for The Baffler over the years. He claimed to be too busy, but that's hard to believe if he had time for Beinart and this other old Dem. My guess is that he's trying to distance himself from the "radical" left.
