One clue is to look at what else they advocate like racism.  Another is 
whether they use classic stereotypes about secret conspiracies and world 
domination. A third is if they use language which lumps all members of the 
Jewish religion as a monolithic group.

As to your last point, please clarify--are you arguing the that Jews are not 
classified as semites in the middle east?

So, if someone criticizes Israel's policies and conduct in Palestine,
how can you tell whether they're anti-semitic or not? This is not a
rhetorical question.

Also, why are Zionists never charged with anti-semitism even though
they regularly call the semites in the middle east cockroaches and
vermin...and treat them as such?
