And this is exactly what it is in my case. As an underpaid wage worker with loved ones, I have had too many close calls because of the political activity I am open about (mainly anti-fascist work) that I do not need to complicate things by having my loose thoughts archived for eternal retrieval.

I was perhaps out of line to call Dennis Perrin an agent, but the insistence of his on this point is truly questionable. It is one thing if it is a matter of principle to him and he simply refuses to respond to me, but instead he half-responds and provokes me about it.

His main justification in the past, "accountability," is ludicrous. A mailing list is not a political structure, and nobody is accountable for what they write like they would be in a praxis group. We are only accountable in the negative sense, that is, accountable to bosses, cops, the state, nazis, etc.

for communism, AN

P.S. I am not a supporter of Israel. I am wary of even having a position, and I am glad that nobody on the list has asked me to give away (as opposed to attributing one to me).

I suppose if pressed, I would say I am opposed in principle to all states, but as long as we have states, I do not think one has the right to deny the right of existence of a self-defining Jewish state that already exists in reality. And I think it is questionable, bordering on anti-semitic, for people who focus so intensely on Israeli state crimes.
