"An inspiring narrative" helped by American "advisors." Excuse me but who is writing the inspiring narrative for the Palestinians, the Iraqis, the Colombians. Who wrote the inspiring narrative in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras. Perhaps it was the Sandinistas or Castro or the ANC.
