Does anyone know of recent pieces analyzing/criticizing
micro-credit/micro-loan schemes?  In the Times' lengthy piece on
Buffett-Gates, Mrs. Gates is quoted as saying micro-loans will be a
major part of their strategy.&nbsp; <br>
