But who knows?</blockquote><div><br>Also whether he knows much about Belarus or not, the statement he made is probably the kind of polite off the cuff remarks you say to your hosts when you want to make friends and exchange goods. Realistically! We don't have to interpret such statements as a matter of principle, except the principle that Chavez is not an adherent to any particular hard doctrine.
