[WS:] Greyhound IS HORRIBLE, period. It sucks big time. Unreliable, notorioulsy late, dirty, uncomfortable, rude people, lack of basic services like the ability to purchase tickets in a machine - you have to stand in the fucking line forever and watch a single clerk issuing tickets by hand with the speed of a fly in shit, while two other sitting on their fat asses behind the counter, farting in their chairs and doing nothing. The buses are dirty and often stink, the seats are crammed and uncomfortable. I saw a bus leaving the Baltimore terminal unanncounced leaving passangers behind. If you ask the terminal personnel about anything, they either do not know, they are rude, or both. The location of terminal in Baltimore in in the middle of fucking nowhere, albeit other cities are better.
This is definitely the worst service I have experienced, and I traveled to some 30 or so countries. It is as bad as it used to be in the x-Soviet countries. If I have a choice, I avoid Greyhound like a disease, even if I have to shell triple the fare for Amtrak.
