I can agree with that. But I think we should start closer to home. Giving the tyrants and their flunkeys due process and a fair trial of course, no sleeping attorneys. Harriet Meiers can represent the Present. Then Gonzalez can represent Meiers. Then Chertoff can represent Gonzales -- Gonzalez will need a good lawyer, and Chertoff's the best. In fact Chertoff should represent Rumsfeld too. Who's to represent Chertoff is hard to say, he could probably do a better job than anyone you else you could pick. He can represent himself he wants. It's his constitutional right.But the jury should be disabled Iraqi and Afghan vets, exonerated death row survivors, and women who live in rural countries withour access to reproductive health care.
