But the interesting question that would throw more light into 
imperialism's black box, if bourgeois journalists would dare ask, is: 
what the hell is the WB sending $200k/year staff (more than Rice gets) 
into the US State Dep't? (After all, as far as I know the US Exec Dir to 
the WB is based in the US Treasury.) Anyone seen her job description 
while there - or now at the UN?
