That is the very truth.
I don't think BAB poisoned Litvinenko. he's capable of it, but that would be too risky if Scotland Yard finds out. The most likely scenario, I think, is that Litvinenko accidentally exposed himself while trying to hawk the stuff on the black market and then Berezovsky, overjoyed at his good fortune, stage-managed further developments.
