D'oh!! Of course. It's always a Monday, and if the holiday falls on the 16th or 17th, it means April 15th has fallen on a Saturday or Sunday.

So it's only the East Coast filers who send returns to Andover who get this benefit normally? So for us, Emancipation Day is gravy?
