I meant the filing date is extended one extra day, noit just one day.

When the 15th falls on a weekend, the filing date for most of the country has been on the Monday. But when Patriots' Day is on Monday (which means that it is the 15th, 16th, or 17th), filers in much of the Northeast have received an extra day to file.
