Ideally, colloquial usage is confined to barns, abortion clinics, ice cream 
shoppes, public busses, cancer wards, crumbling auditoriums, clown colleges, 
rodeo recitals, back rooms filled with rotting fruit, the Vatican, mobile 
massage parlors, teen piercing cult gatherings, janitor closets, private 
parties where queer pro athletes unwind and are themselves, jazz concerts at 
sea, in a dtich, at that place where they serve the really shitty fish and 
chips.
