Since LBO list theorists seem set on linking wealth distribution to thermodynamic laws, particle physics, Brownian motion, El Niño cycles or whatnot, I'd like to know: What scientific principle is the driving force behind Russia's astonishing redistribution of wealth these past 15 years?
