Oh totally.  In fact since that building is located between the
Chinatown Bus depot (how I usually come in or out of nyc) and the
subway, I make a point of looking at the busts every time I'm in NYC.
If I remember right, it's Marx and three others right?  Bebel... maybe
two other semi-obscure german socialist figures?

It's also down the street from a small triangular park in which Debs
stood and made a speech to tens of thousands of socialist garment
worker jews and others at the outset of one of his presidential
campaigns.
