The subject is a narrow one. Reread the post. The question does not concern political activity; it concers _voting_ or not voting for the DP. Rosa Parks had far more important activities than campaigning or voting for the DP. If she did (I have no knowledge either way) _that_ (very very small) part of her life was whimsy. Rosa Parks set the agenda for non-electoral work through the '60s and into the '70s. Since then it's been hard scrabbling -- and all we (those of us who more or less ignored elections) have done is keep something alive, which is primarily wht the present anti-war movement is doing.
