TOKYO/SINGAPORE June 15 (Reuters) - The Tokyo Stock Exchange [TSE.UL] spent about $304 million to buy a 4.99 percent stake in the Singapore Exchange Ltd. (SGXL.SI: Quote, Profile, Research), the latest move in a scramble by global bourses to forge ties and consolidate.
