President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in a message to his Afghan counterpart Hamid
Karzai has congratulated him on Afghanistan's Independence Day.

According to Information and Media Bureau of the Presidential Office, the
president felicitated the government and esteemed people of Afghanistan on
their national celebration.
