NEW DELHI: Nokia on Thursday said India had become the second largest market for the company in terms of sales, surpassing the U.S. market in the quarter ended June 30, 2007. "Over the last three years, India has been gaining significant ground year-on-year moving from No. 4 position in 2005 to No. 3 position in 2006 and is today poised right behind China," President and CEO of Nokia Corporation Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo said. http://www.hindu.com/2007/08/24/stories/2007082460941900.htm
