[lbo-talk] Israel bans paper shipments to Gaza

Well....the Shin Bet reports solid intelligence of a joint cabal of
Islamic Jihad, DFLP and Hamas with intentions to smuggle in a shipment
of A4 paper to be used in the paper-cut torturing of Gilad Shalit.
Something drastic had to be done to stop this from occurring.
