RIO DE JANEIRO, Dec 4 (Reuters) - Brazil's steel output should hit a record 33.9 million tonnes this year and then rise almost 11 percent in 2008, reaching 37.6 million tonnes, the Brazilian Steel Institute said on Tuesday.
