Yeah, believe it or not, I saw a Russian movie where Santa freezes folks to death (in the film he's called Father Christmas), and it wasn't a horror movie. It was a "Russo-Finnish" production called _Jack Frost_, not to be confused with two American movies of that name.

<-- this is the Russian _Jack Frost_, from 1964
An unrelated, American movie also called _Jack Frost_ is about a demonic snowman who goes around killing people.
Another a last American _Jack Frost_ is a trainwreck of a movie that stars Michael Keation (!) as a dad who is a blues players but who sadly dies, then but comes back to life as a snowman to be with his son -- and his son's hockey coach is played by none other than Henry Rollins of Black Flag! This was a kids'/"family" (which means "kids") movie. Kid you not.)
Recently, wrestler Bill Goldberg played a murderous Santa Claus in _Santa's Slay_. But these are all totally recent films/fictions -- not like the real folkloric traditions in Europe where Santa has emonic cohorts that could slaughter you.
