TRIPOLI, Nov 20 (Reuters) - Libya's state-owned energy company NOC said on Tuesday it had signed an agreement with Exxon Mobil (XOM.N: Quote, Profile, Research) to explore for oil at Bloc 21 in the Sirte Basin offshore area. "The bloc lies 177 km from the Libyan coast and covers a total acreage of 10,000 sq km of deep waters with a depth of 2,000 metres on average," National Oil Corporation (NOC) added in a statement. http://www.reuters.com/article/companyNewsAndPR/idUSL2022901320071120
