Officials with the City of Duncanville had previously stated there were three major problems with the club. Those issues include the size of the parties, which caused parking problems, the fact that the parties are advertised on a Web site and that guests are asked to make donations.

Last month the Cherry Pit offered concessions by removing "donations accepted" from its Web site and by securing off-site parking.
