Does anybody see a connection between the NIE report, Bush’s support of Russia sending enriched nuclear fuel to Iran, the drop in violence in Iraq, whatever Bush and Putin said to each other at Kennebunkport, and whatever Putin said to Ahmadinejad? Like maybe there was a three-way backroom deal made?
