Is it too early to start speculating over the likely fallout from this? Will this assassination lead to civil war in Pakistan? If one does break out there, I would expect to see direct US military intervention there in the name of "securing Pakistan's nuclear stockpile." Would India intervene? And what about Russia, which I don't think would be too happy over direct US military intervention in Pakistan.
