Foreign investment is welcome in Russia! But it does not work the other  way around. Russian businesses face barriers to investment in the EU  and Russia. One of the best ways to engage the new Russia is through  encourging investment in both directions.

PARIS  (Reuters) - French bank Societe Generale (SOGN.PA: Quote, Profile,  Research) said on Thursday it would exercise a $1.7 billion call option  to take control of Russia's Rosbank (ROSB.MM: Quote, Profile, Research)  by buying a stake of around 30 percent from investment group Interros.
