[lbo-talk] Rosneft chief for swapping assets with Indian corp ONGC

This is something I predicted almost two years ago. Gazprom would  partner with Western energy majors and Rosneft would partner with  Indian and Chinese companies. The reason being Gazprom needs to stay as  far a way as possible from the breakup of Yukos (and all its legal  baggage). Rosneft, which now owns former Yukos assets, knows that  Indian and Chinese companies don't care where Rosneft's assets came  from.
