Ah, yah, he said he was going on a speaking tour in Europe. I am glad that you got to see him. He is going to start writing a periodic column again for the AIC once he gets back too, so that should be good... And yes, he is quite engaging as a speaker, has a strong and reasoned political approach and he's quite able to lecture well in English when needed (as an added bonus).
