HE once liked George W. Bush - but not any more. Ricky Martin, 35, who headlined the president's 2001 inaugural ball, showed what he thought of the commander-in-chief's handling of Iraq by giving him the one-finger salute. The snub occurred when the flamboyant singer stuck up his middle finger as he sang Bush's name in his song "Asignatura Pendiente" at San Juan stadium in Puerto Rico. "I will always condemn war and those who promulgate it," he later told a reporter.
