The Indian government has offered 14 full post-graduate scholarships for Vietnamese students for the academic year 2007-08.
This batch of scholarships is part of a Cultural Exchange Programme (CEP) and a General Cultural Scholarship Scheme (GCSS) between Vietnam and India. Vietnamese lecturers, cadres and researchers, who are working for agencies and state-owned businesses, are considered as eligible for the scholarships.
Scholarship recipients can pursue their higher education in India in various fields, including social sciences, cinematography, journalism, international management, business administration, information technology and biotechnology. (VNA)
