It might be an improvement to account for the existence of "crap
jobs." The only egalitarian model I know which accounts for them is
Parecon (with balanced job complexes), but I'd like to think there are
others.

Unfortunately, I was only at Twin Oaks for a very short time, so I
don't know whether this applies to their problems...
